Hawks alighted on the front doorstep of your old apartment and reached for the handle.
“Two…” he thought as he sensed two agents inside the house, staking it out in the hopes you or your mum would return.
He opened the door and ducked as a bullet whizzed over his head. He scowled and shot towards the agent, grabbing him round the throat and throwing him back against the wall and pinning him there.
“Hawks!” The other agent gasped. “W-What are you doing here?! You’ve been taken off the case?”
“Fortunately it was me coming through the door and not the daughter and/or mother.” Hawks deadpanned to the two agents.
“Who gave you your license?” He looked with annoyance at the agent he still had pressed up against the wall. “Why are you wielding a gun? You could have killed someone.”
“S-Sorry, I just-.”
“It doesn’t matter any more because I need you two gone.” He said as he reached for his back and plucked out a long blade feather.
Hawks checked the house over, looking for prints or hair or anything unusual that would give him a clue as to who had take your mum and where they had taken her too.
Unable to find anything he decided to talk to one of the neighbours.
He headed out the back and popped his head over the fence when he heard noise on the other side.
“Good morning.” He called brightly to the lady who was hanging her washing.
The middle aged lady looked over her shoulder as she poised with one freshly washed dress held up to the line, a peg in her other hand.
Upon seeing Hawks she dropped the dress.
“Oh my gosh!” She gasped, “Hawks?!”
“Yeah, it’s me.” He said with a chuckle as he jumped up and used his wings to lift himself over the fence.
“Need to ask a few question.” He said with a smile as he strolled over and picked up the dress from the ground and started hanging it up.
The lady just stared at him with her mouth open, still a little shocked that the number 2 hero was hanging her washing for her.
“Y-yes?” She stammered.
“Wondering if you heard or saw anything a few days ago regarding your neighbours there.” He said as he pointed to the house he had just come from. “Did you see anything strange?”
“Uh…umm… I did see a black car pull up a few days ago and some official looking guys hopped out, they stopped a girl that looked like the daughter who used the live there but I couldn’t be sure because I didn’t see her very well.” The lady said as she bent down to pick up another piece of washing.
“Did you catch the number plate of the car by chance?” He asked as he took the item from her hand and hung it.
“N-no I didn’t but it was blue?” She said, “I thought that was strange.”
“Blue number plate?” He repeated, “that is strange.” He bent down and picked up another clothing item and hung it. “Thanks, thats helpful, I’ll look into blue number plate owners.” He said with a smile.
He hung the rest of the lady’s washing as they chatted idly.
“Anyway I’d better get going, sort this case out at my trademark top speed.” He said with a wink as he stepped back and shot up onto the sky.
The poor lady just stood there, knees a little weak from the adrenaline of Hawks’s presence.
“What a hero.” She sighed as she picked up the empty washing basket and headed back inside.
Hawks alighted at the front of the Roads and Traffic Authority building and opened the doors.
“HAWKS!” A customer inside screeched and all of a sudden he was mobbed by adoring fans.
He took time to talk and take pictures with the fans then approached the desk.
“Hey.” He greeted casually, “mind if I come through, I’m on a case and looking for a number plate.”
The lady behind the desk gave him a weak, shaky love struck smile and nodded sheepishly.
“S-sure.” She said as she opened the side door and let him through.
Hawks waved goodbye to the fans and entered, heading out the back to the files room.
“Oh gosh! Hawks!” The lady out the back said. “H-How can I help you?”
“I’m on a case at the moment and I’m looking for the list of owners that have blue number plates.” He said with a smile.
“Oh of course!” She replied, scurrying to hand him the folder with all the information.
“Thanks heaps.” He said as he flicked it open. “Mind if I borrow this for a bit?”
“Oh of course!” She replied.
“Ah maaan this is going to take me months to go through.” He groaned with the most bored expression he could muster. “Mind if I take this?” He asked, “I’ll bring it back, promise.” He said with a wink.
“Uh… well umm we’re not supposed to let people take it but you’re a hero so I guess it’s ok?” She said cautiously.
“I’ll bring it right back when I’m done, promise.” He said with his signature sexy smile.
“Oh.” She giggles with a blush, “on, that’s fine Hawks.”
“Thanks.” He said with a wink.
He tucked the folder under one arm and left the building, making his way back through the adoring fans and out into the open.
“Time to get back home to my gorgeous wife to be.” Hawks thought with a smile as he took off into the sky.
“Hey honey I’m home.” Hawks called out as he entered his apartment.
You squeaked with flusteredness and scrunched down further onto the lounge, pulling your jumper up around your face to hide your smile.
“Missed you.” He said with a smile as he leaned down over the lounge and gave you an upside down Spider-Man kiss. “Mmm you taste better upside down.” He leered. “Did ya miss me?” He asked with a cocky smile.
“Mmhmm.” You hummed with a nod, still blushing. “Always.” You whispered.
Hawks plopped the folder down on the coffee table as he walked around and sat down on the lounge, wrestling you into his arms and lying back with you on top of him, wrapped in his arms.
“What’s the folder for?” You asked, looking over at it from where he had you in his arms.
“It’s the Karma Sutra baby, all the positions I wanna put you in tonight.” He said lowly as he turned your head and locked lips with you.
You squeaked but let him have his way with your mouth, that familiar tingle invading your core again.
You made out for a while, the longest you had ever kissed him and his hand slipped down to your hip and gently across to your ass as he gave it a little squeeze.
You blushed as you kept kissing and he ran his other hand down there as well, both hands now having a good feel.
“You’re not gonna stop me baby?” He asked through heavy breaths as he pulled back from the kiss.
“N-No…I trust you.” You whispered.
“Time to take this to my room then.” He uttered lowly, grunting as he sat up, still with you in arms and got up from the lounge, throwing you over one shoulder as he headed towards his room.
“HAWKS!!” You squealed, “NO WAIT!! HAWKS!!!”
“I’m not stopping till you scream my name.” He leered, reaching a hand up and tapping you on the backside.
“KEIGO!!” You screeched.
“Ohhh that’s how I like it.” He groaned playfully as he let you down and pinned you against the hallway wall, initiating another round of heavy kissing.
