He held his arms out invitingly and you grinned and walked over to him, throwing one arm around his middle while you held your laptop in the other hand, bending your head to the side so you could giving him as close a hug as possible- which was proving difficult, due to how bulky he was through his torso.
His strong arms engulfed you, wrapping around your back, and let out a soft chuckle.
“Let’s sit and watch this movie,” he said.
“Movie? We’re analyzing Free,” you replied letting go of him and walking to the lounge.
“Free: the movie,” he said, imitating the movie voice-over man as he swiped his hand out, presenting the title to the empty lounge room.
You giggled and plopped down in the seat, bouncing a little as you sat the laptop down on your lap and patted the seat beside you.
“I like it when you get into your silly moods.”
“What silly mood?” he asked as he sat down beside you and leaned into your cheek to blow a raspberry on it, “I’m always serious.”
You scoffed playfully and opened your laptop, pulling the USB from your pocket and inserting it into the port once the screen had lit up.
“Ok… let’s see…”

“Hi honey, I’m home,” Hansu deadpanned as he entered the dark office that he had frequented far more in the last month than he ever had in his entire life.
“Someone who has seen the light of day,” his friend replied with deadpan dramatics, “what’s it like out there? Does fresh air smell nice?”
“Smells like happiness and freedom,” Hansu replied smartly.
“You’re a right pain in the ass, Hansu,” his friend replied with a smirk, “to what do I owe the pleasure of yet another wonderful visit.”
“Need you to get some information for me…” Hansu said, “there’s a character in game that seems a little suspicious. Want to know if this character has been created by someone physical… or whether they’ve been made from inside the game.. like, coded in to make it look like they’re a player when really they’re a fucking AI that’s trying to evade us.”
“I’ve gotcha,” the friend replied, logging onto something on the computer, “got the namne of this shady character?”
“Free,” Hansu replied, watching as his friend punched the username into some RFO search engine.
Free’s details popped up and the friend leaned back in his chair so that Hansu could look at the wrap sheet from over his shoulder.
“Looks legit to me, Hansu,” the friend mused, “definitely not made by a computer generated being of whatever. There’s even a character creating date and an IP address.”
“Damn it,” Hansu growled, punching his fist lightly against the back of the chair, “thought we had something there. Can I have the IP address and character date anyway? Just in case?”
“Sure,” the friend replied, “but don’t you go saying where you got it from. If shit goes down and my name gets dragged into it I’ll post all your baby photos online.”
“Ok, noted,” Hansu said as he typed the information into notes on his phone, “I’ll make sure your name stays out.”
“Wise,” the friend replied, “IP address is….”
He gave the code and the character creation date.
“Hmmm,” Hansu hummed, looking at the numbers, “ok, thanks, I owe you… again.”
“At this rate you may as well become my hierodule,” the RF0 worker said with a sneer to Hansu.
“Interesting you should choose a word referring to the person responsible for service to a god,” Hansu replied, lowering his phone to look at his friend.
“That’s because I am a god, bow in my presence, servant.”
Hansu huffed through his nose with amusement and put his phone in his pocket.
“Your sense of humor always floors me,” he added as he turned to leave, raising a hand as he walked out, “‘see ya.”

“I don’t see anything?” Mirio commented as you both sat, eyes glued to the screen of your laptop, staring at Free to see if she did anything that would indicate that she knew who you were outside of the game.
“Apart from her feet constantly pointing at me, showing her interest in me, there are no signs that she knows me outside of the game,” you muttered, furrowing your brows with annoyance.
“Wait,” Mirio said, “does Free do anything that you do? I remember you telling me that Goha is a learning AI and was taken from your persona, wouldn’t there be some kind of thing that you do- subconsciously maybe, that Goha or, if we’re suspecting that Goha is Free, Free does that is the same?”
“You’re right!” you said suddenly, “I do have a habit of [nervous tic/comfort movement/other quirky thing] when I’m nervous or something.”
You quickly rewound the footage to the very beginning of the recording to where Free entered the stage, watching closely but she didn’t do anything that you could have pinpointed as uniquely yours that she had copied.
“Mmm,” you grunted, “no… maybe we’re barking up the wrong tree but my gut still tells me to be wary of her.”
“Same here, she… if she is not Goha… still could be connected to them so let’s not let our guard down,” Mirio said in warning, “but for now, outside the game, we’re safe.”
He stretched an arm out over your shoulder and pulled your body against his.
“You know… things in game were getting a little warm..” he commented, bending his head down to the side of yours and whispering in your ear, “we could continue a little without the interruption of Hansu… if you like?”
You giggled shyly, turning your head and kissing him on the cheek.
“Yes, now where were we?”
“I believe you were sitting on my lap?” Mirio mused, smiling as you placed your laptop down on the lounge seat beside you and turned to straddle his lap, his thick thighs making it a bit of a stretch to get your legs across.
“I’m surprised at how much I can feel in the game, but actually sitting in your lap is the real deal and nothing can beat it,” you replied.
“There’s nothing like real world lips and real world thighs to kiss and squeeze.”
“I hope you’re meaning to kiss the lips and squeeze the thighs,” you mused with a chuckle.
“You can squeeze the lips. Here I’ll show you,” he said, leaning forward and nomming his lips over the top of yours then clamping down.
You tried to laugh but his clamp down on your lips was so strong that it didn’t let any air escape and your cheeks blew out, making Mirio laugh at the muffled surprised sound you made- the two of you falling apart laughing as the air escaped your now free lips.
