“Your room is so neat already! How did you unpack and get everything put away so quickly?!” Mina gasped as she bounced into your room, followed by Uraraka, Tsuyu, and Hagakure, who all looked around in awe.
“Right?!” Hagakure said with surprise, “my room is a mess! Boxes everywhere!”
“Same,” Uraraka added in, ducking down to look under the bed.
“Quirk,” you chuckled, “I just picked everything up and then just shoved it into the wardrobe.”
“Did you really?” Mina asked with a laugh, getting up from where she had flopped onto your already made bed.
“Yes. I’m dead serious, so don’t open it,” you replied, starting to get nervous when she kept on walking to the door of your wardrobe, “no honestly! Don’t open it… MINA!”
Quickly activating your quirk, you shot a light beam from your finger tip and froze her in place then lifted her up and placed her back on your bed and deactivated.
“Ah,” Jirou said from the doorway, having arrived just as you mentioned that you used your quirk to help, “that’s definitely how you did it… and then you just unpacked the essentials…”
“Yep,” you said with a grin, looking from her to Mina, who was standing on your bed looking very confused.
“How did I get here?” the pink skinned beauty asked with surprise.
You looked up at her, “you were going to open my wardrobe and everything was about to fall out so I quirked you so that you wouldn’t open it.”
“So it is literally just shoved in there,” Mina chuckled.
“Yep. I just told you that… not even 3 seconds ago,” you laughed, “I wasn’t lying.”
“Heeey, girls,” Kaminari’s flirtatious voice floated into the room from behind Jirou.
You looked up at him.
“Hey Kami,” you greeted brightly as Jirou moved out of the way for him to walk in.
“Looks good in here,” he said with a smirk.
“Did you come to flirt with my neat room?” You teased.
“Well… I actually came to ask if all of you wanted to play some games tonight as a kinda celebration for our first night together in the dorms?”
“That sounds like fun,” you grinned, looking from him to the girls as the all nodded and added in their excitement at his suggestion.
“Snacks!” Hagakure suddenly gasped, “do we have any snacks here?”
“Probably not because we only just moved in,” Jirou said, “I’ll go and check the kitchen.”
“I’ll come with,” Uraraka said, following her out.
“Hey,” You grabbed Kaminari’s arm when it looked like he was about to follow Jirou and Uraraka as well. “We should play truth or dare.”
“Oooo.” Mina was immediately on board- still standing on your bed, as you knew she would be. “Let’s!”
“I’m down,” Kaminari said with a mischievous smile.
“I’m excited!” Hagakure squealed, “I’ll go tell the others!” And off she skipped, her skirt and top floating off down the hallway.
“I’ll tell the boys then,” Kami said, leaving your room as well.
“Y/N, can you come and help me with my room? Please? I could really do with your quirk right now,” Mina begged.
“Yeah sure, I’ll be there in a second,” you said, “I’ll just sort a few things out here, then I’ll be in.”
She agreed and left, leaving you alone for a second so you quickly pulled your phone out and texted someone.
“Hey. I’ve just moved in,” you sent, “we’re gonna play some games tonight. Did you want to come? I’d love to see you again.”
You sent the message and waited, but no reply came so you put the phone down and left your room, heading off down the hall.
While you were away a reply came back through.
“Yes I’ll come. I might be late because Mirio needs my help but I promise I’ll be there… I’ve missed you.”
……………………………….
“Hey!” Uraraka called as she popped her head into Mina’s open door where you and her were moving things around.
You stopped what you were doing and looked up at her.
“Hey! Sup?”
“There’s no snacks so a few of us are going to the store to get some things for tonight, wanna come?” she asked.
“Yeah! I’ll come,” you said, looking at Mina, “you coming too?”
“Umm… I’ll just finish up here. There’s not much more to do so you go and I’ll see you later, yeah?”
“Ok. If you’re sure?” you said.
She nodded and did the peace sign. “You go.”
“Ok!” you said with a grin as you left the room with Uraraka, “oh hey, I just need to grab my wallet, you start heading down and I’ll catch up ok? What time do the shops close?”
“Soon. So we’d better hurry, I’ll head on if you’re ok with that?” she said, peeling off and heading for the elevator, “we’ll see you down there.”
You nodded and ran for your room then grabbed your wallet and quickly checked your phone – seeing the reply from the person you had texted earlier.
Grinning from ear to ear, you took a second to reply to them then grabbed a hoodie and ran for the door.
As you rounded the corner, you smacked headfirst into someone else in a hoodie, a flash of red and blond whirring in your vision as you toppled backwards.
“Fucking watch where you’re going!” the person barked at you, grabbing your arm to stop you from falling over completely.
You looked up at them, your hoodie and wallet on the floor.
“Oh! Sorry Bakugou. I’m in a hurry.”
“I’m not stupid. I can see you’re in a hurry, syndrome.” Bakugou said in his raspy voice. He had nicknamed you syndrome, from the incredibles, because of your quirk.
You picked up your wallet and your hoodie and went to walk around him but he stopped you again.
“Where are you going? Dont just fucking ignore me.”
“Oh! To the shops to get snacks, you wanna come?” you asked.
“No,” he snapped, “but you can’t go by yourself, idiot, it’s dark.”
“I know it’s dark and I’ll be fine,” you replied with a shrug, “I’m a hero in training.”
Bakugou suddenly grabbed you and threw you over his shoulder and started marching to the elevator, holding your protesting form down on himself.
“Stop wriggling,” he demanded with a grunt, “I’m taking you to the shop and that’s final.”
“At least put me down,” you pouted, “I don’t want to be carried all the way down to the shops, that’s embarrassing!”
He dropped you down to the ground inside the elevator, so fast that you had to grab a hold of the front of his hoodie to steady yourself, looking up into his face with a half pouting look still on your face.
“Thanks,” you mumbled, looking away slightly as the elevator doors shut.
“Dumbass,” Bakugou grunted, pushing his hands into his pockets as you let go of his top and stepped back, clearing your throat.
